Chocolate and Salted Butter Caramel Tarts without baking, without flour and without eggs! Find easy recipes to make at home here.


For the Caramel:

– 200 g sugar
– 16 cl of liquid cream
– 50 grams salted butter
– 4 drops of lemon juice
– salt flower

to base:

– 200 grams biscuits
– 125 grams dark chocolate
– 50 grams butter

For the Chocolate Ganache:

– 200 g dark chocolate
– 16 cl of liquid cream
– 30 grams butter


Preparation of Toffee:

Firstly put sugar in a saucepan, pour lemon juice over it and keep it on medium heat and keep stirring continuously with a spoon on medium heat.
Once you have caramelized and liquid sugar, pour the cream over the top and keep stirring with the spatula.
When everything is well mixed, remove the pan from the heat then add the butter in pieces with a pinch of fleur de sel and stir to melt it.

Preparing the Base:

First, melt the chocolate into pieces with butter in a bowl over a bain-marie.
Then put the biscuits in the bowl of your blender and blend them.
Then pour the chocolate and melted butter mixture over the biscuit powder and mix for a few seconds.
Divide your mixture into tartlet molds and pack well using the bottom of a glass, then pour your caramel over the top, smoothing with a spoon.

Preparation of chocolate ganache:

First, heat your cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
Take chocolate pieces in a bowl and pour hot cream on top and stir to melt the chocolate.
When the chocolate is melted, add the butter and stir to melt.
Distribute your ganache into the molds over the caramel layer and then put your molds in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
