Lemon Square Dessert – Lemon Bars, a delicious cake for your dessert or to accompany your snack juices, here is an easy recipe at home.

– 300 grams flour
– 125 g butter
– 60 grams icing sugar
– 1/2 tsp baking powder

For Lemon Filling:

– 12 liters lemon juice
– 250 g sugar
– 30 grams flour
– 2 eggs
– 6 cl of liquid cream
– zest of 1 lemon
– fine sugar

Preparation:

Preparing the Base:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and spread parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Then in a bowl mix together the flour, baking powder and sugar.
Then add butter and mix all the things by hand and make a paste.
Make dough balls, place them in a plate and keep them in the oven to cook for 30 minutes by lowering the rolling pin.

Preparation of Lemon Filling:

First of all, mix flour and sugar in a vessel.
Then add lemon juice, 2 eggs, cream, lemon zest and mix everything with a spatula.
Once your dough is golden and slightly cooled, put your filling on top and spread it with a spatula and then put it back in the oven to cook at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then let your plate cool for a moment before placing it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Cut into squares and sprinkle with icing sugar.
