Lemon Cream Cupcakes, a delicious cake for your dessert or breakfast, here is an easy recipe at home.


For Cupcakes:

– 125 grams flour
– 100 grams of sugar
– 100 grams butter
– 6 liters lemon juice
– 2 eggs
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 12 cl milk
– 1 packet of baking powder
– zest of 1 lemon

For Lemon Cream – Lemon Curd:

– juice of 6 lemons
– 200 g sugar
– 3 eggs
– 90 grams butter
– zest of 1 lemon


Preparing Cupcakes:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and place your paper case in the muffin tin.
Then sieve the flour in a bowl, add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, butter, baking powder, lemon juice and zest and mix everything by hand.
Then divide your dough into boxes and put in the oven to cook for 15 to 16 minutes.

How to make Lemon Cream – Lemon Curd:

First of all, using your mixer, beat the eggs in a bowl on medium speed.
Then add sugar and butter and keep whisking later add lemon juice and zest on top and mix everything together.
Add water to a saucepan, bring to a boil, and pour over the bowl and whisk with a whisk for 10 to 12 minutes.
Once your cream has thickened, remove the cup and let it cool for a while.
When serving, decorate your cupcakes with your lemon curd using a piping bag and place a slice of lemon on top.
