Sweet Chocolate Cream, a delight for your dessert, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.

Component:

– 240 grams chocolate
– 50 cl cold heavy cream
– 1 egg + 2 egg yolks
– 50 grams of sugar
– 1 tsp instant coffee
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation:

First of all, beat the heavy cream in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes, keep aside.
Then whisk the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, coffee, vanilla extract, salt and 1 tbsp of water in a heat-resistant bowl.
Place bowl in saucepan filled with boiling water over medium heat — bowl should not touch water — then whisk with whisk for 6 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, remove the bowl from the pan and beat for 2 minutes till it cools down.
In a bowl in bain-marie — in same saucepan — melt chocolate crumbs over medium heat and stir for 3 minutes. Let cool.
In a bowl whisk the egg mixture with the chocolate — mixing the chocolate in 3 batches — using a spatula.

Then add 36 cl of the reserved whipped cream, still mixing with the spatula – reserving the rest of the cream for garnishing.
Divide your chocolate cream into 4 ramekins and then put them in the fridge for 1 hour – reserve cream too.
Finally here is your sweet chocolate cream, garnish with whipped cream and serve… Everyone’s appetite is good.
