Soft Chocolate Cake with Cocoa, a delight for your afternoon snack, here you will find the ingredients to easily make this dish at home and with your cooks.


– 100 grams chocolate
– 80 grams of butter
– 4 eggs
– 30 grams sugar
– 1 tbsp ground almonds
– 1 tbsp cornstarch
– 25 cl water


First, melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat, while stirring with a whisk, into pieces… Keep aside.
Beat eggs with sugar in a bowl, then add ground almonds and cornflour on top and keep stirring continuously.
Then add butter and melted chocolate on top and continue to mix with a whisk.
Put butter in a deep plate and then pour your mixture on top and film the plate well.
Pour water into your coco bowl, turn the steamer basket upside down, and place your plate on top.
Then start cooking rapidly – under pressure from your cooks – for a period of 12 minutes.
