Strawberry ice cream and chocolate chips are a delight for your dessert this season, here is an easy recipe at home.


– 1 kg strawberries
– 200 g sugar
– 96 cl heavy cream
– 5 egg yolks
– 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
– 100 grams dark chocolate chips


Firstly wash, peel and chop the strawberries and put them in the bowl of your blender along with 100 grams of sugar and vanilla and mix them.
Put the cream in a saucepan, add the rest of the sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Then using your electric mixer to beat the egg yolks in a bowl, add 24 cl of your hot cream and continue to whip.
Pour the contents of the bowl into the saucepan and whisk to combine, then return the saucepan to medium heat and simmer for 4 to 6 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, then add the strawberry mixture and mix everything together with a whisk and pour into the freezer compartment.
Put it in the fridge for 1 hour, then add chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.
Then put it in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Finally presenting your Strawberry and Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, serve and good appetite to all.
