Spaghetti Bolognese with Lentils at Cookeos A delicious pasta dish for your dinner, here you will find the ingredients to easily make this dish at home and with your cooks.

Component:

– 240 grams spaghetti or other pasta
– 90 grams red lentils
– 200 grams grated tomato
– 1 tbsp tomato paste
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 120 grams of mushrooms
– 1 small carrot
– 1/2 onion
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1 tsp dry carom seeds
– 1 tsp dry basil or 2 tsp fresh basil
– 1/4 tsp carom seeds
– Salt
– Chilly
– 6 cl of red wine
– fresh basil or oregano for garnish

Preparation:

First, pour the spaghetti – or other pasta – into the bowls of your cooks, covering them with water.
Then begin cooking rapidly — under pressure on your coco for a period of 6 minutes — or for half the time stated on the package.
Then filter them and keep them aside in a bowl.
While cooking, wash the lentils, chop the mushrooms, onions and garlic and then grate the carrots.
At the end of cooking, empty the cookery vat, then brown the onions, garlic, carrots and mushrooms in the browning mode for 5 minutes, stirring with a spatula.
Then add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, lentils, oregano, basil, oregano, a pinch of salt and pepper and red wine, mixing everything with a spatula.
Then start cooking rapidly – under the pressure of your cooks – for a period of 6 minutes.
