Ingredients for 12 scoops – 3 sp per scoop.

  • 100 grams medjool dates
  • 4 strawberries
  • 75 grams flaked almonds
  • 60 grams dry oatmeal
  • 30 g grated coconut flakes

Preparation:

First wash the strawberries and cut them into slices and put the dates in the pit.
Then add the dates, strawberries, almonds and oats to the bowl of your Ribot and mix them all together to form a pasty consistency.
Make 12 balls out of the dough and then place them on a dish and keep them in the fridge for 60 minutes.
