Pizza with bacon and cheese, a delight for your weekend lunch.
Here’s an easy recipe for quick cheese pizza and a try for the whole family.


1 shortcrust pastry
2 tbsp olive oil
4 eggs
2 tbsp water
100 grams of bacon cut into pieces.
75 grams cheddar cheese
75 grams grated cottage cheese


First of all, preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
Then roll out your dough with the help of a rolling pin, place it on a baking sheet and prick it with a fork.
Brush it with 1 tbsp of oil and then put it in the oven to cook for 8 minutes.
While cooking, whisk the eggs and water in a salad bowl and then make the omelet in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Take your dough out of the oven, spread your omelet on top then sprinkle with shredded cheese and small bits of bacon and cover with a layer of grated Parmesan.
Finally put it in the oven to cook for 7 minutes.
