Zucchini and Shrimp Risotto in Cookie’s, a delicious seafood rice dish for tonight’s dinner, here you will find the ingredients to make this dish easily at home and with your cooks.


– 240 g Rice – Arborio
– 400 grams prawns
– 3 zucchini
– 1 onion
– 16 cl white wine
– 36 cl water
– 1 chicken stock cube
– 3 tbsp wholemeal cream
– 25 grams grated cottage cheese
– 1 tsp oil
– Salt
– Chilly


First chop your onion, cut the zucchini into small cubes and wash the rice.
Then brown the onions with the oil in your cooker, stirring with a spatula for 2 minutes.
Then put rice on top and keep it in browning mode, stirring continuously for 2 minutes.
Pour wine on top and stir in browning mode for 3 minutes.
After the boolean cube crumbles on top, add the zucchini and shrimp, a pinch of salt and pepper, pour in the water and mix everything together.
Then start cooking fast – for 12 minutes under the pressure of your coco.
Add crme frache and mix again.
Finally, there’s your dish of Risotto with Zucchini and Shrimp at Coco, sprinkled with Parmesan and chopped parsley, serve … everyone’s good appetite.
