Ingredients for 4 people – per serving 3 sp.

  • 30 grams rye flour
  • 70 grams flour
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 6 cl of milk
  • 1 sachet baking powder

Preparation:

First put the milk in a bowl, add natural curd and egg on top and beat.
Then combine the two flours with the yeast and mix everything together with a whisk to make a dough.
Heat a pan over medium heat, then cook your blini — 2 minutes on each side.
Finally, serve with light cream and bon appetit touss.
