Rice with Carrots and Peas, a real delight for dinner tonight, here you will find the easiest recipes to make it at home.

Component:

– 350 grams white rice
– 70 cl water
– 1.5 tbsp oil
– 120 grams peas
– 1 onion
– 1 carrot
– 2 green onions
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1 tsp soy sauce
– Salt
– Chilly
– 1 egg

Preparation:

To cook rice:

First, put water in a saucepan, add a pinch of salt on top and bring it to a boil on high heat.
Then put rice and peas on top and cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Let it cool down for a while and sieve.

Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a wok on high heat, then add half the rice and stir with a spoon for 3 minutes… Put the rice in a bowl.
Put another 1/2 tbsp in the pan, heat it, then add the remaining rice and stir it for 3 minutes. Add it to the bowl.
Peel the carrot and cut it into small cubes, chop the onion and garlic cloves and then cut the green onion into small pieces.

Put the rice in the pan, make a gap in the middle, pour oil, put onion, garlic, green onion and carrot and keep it on medium flame for 1 minute.
Mix everything with a spatula, add soy sauce, a pinch of salt and pepper and stir over medium heat for 1 minute.
In a pan make an omelet with eggs and 1/2 tbsp oil and a small pinch of salt and then divide it into pieces using a spatula.
Add chopped omelette with peas to skillet, return to medium heat and stir over medium heat for 30 seconds.
