W Watchers Vegetable Skillet. A delicious dish for your main meal, a WW recipe, easy and for the whole family, try it.

Ingredients: for 4 people – 5 sp per portion

For Pan:
– 360 grams fresh broccoli florets
– 200 grams firm tofu
– 1 red chili
– 1 red onion
– 2 tbsp + 2 tsp oil
– 2 cloves garlic
Green onions and sesame seeds, for garnish

For Sauce:
– 1 tbsp oil
– 6 cl of soy sauce
– 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
– 2 cloves garlic
– 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
– 1 tsp ginger

Preparation:

Firstly, heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan on medium heat. once hot (make sure the tofu sizzles when you pour it into the pan),
Then add chopped tofu and cook while stirring for 8 to 10 minutes.
When the tofu cubes turn golden, take them out in a bowl and keep them aside.

While the tofu is cooking, cut the seeds and pepper into strips, chop the onion and garlic.
Then whisk the contents of the pacifier in a small bowl.
Pour remaining 2 tsp oil into a large skillet, then brown the onion and garlic, stirring with a spatula, for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add broccoli florets and black pepper slices and stir everything on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Then pour the sauce over the top, add the tofu cubes, mix and cook for another 5 minutes.
Finally you have your W Watchers vegetable pan, serve with green onion chunks and sprinkle with sesame seeds… bon appetit tous.
