Ingredients for 4 people – per serving 8 sp.

  • 400 grams veal cones
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 25 grams flour
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable margarine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Chilly


First, peel the carrot and cut it into pieces, chop the onion and garlic and grind the stalks with flour.
Then add oil to a pot and brown the seasoned shanks, while stirring, over medium heat.
Then put the chopped carrots and onions on top, mix everything with a spoon, pour water over it and cook on medium-low heat for 50 minutes.
Then add margarine, garlic, lemon and cook for 20 minutes.
Finally, serve your dish with parsley and rice… bon appetit tous.
