No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake, there is a real cream for your dessert, you and your kids will surely love it, here is the easy recipe at home.


For the base of the cheesecake:

– 150 grams shortbread cookies
– 70 grams unsalted peeled pistachios
– 60 grams melted butter

For Cheesecake Filling:

– 300 grams paneer
– 250 g cream cheese – Philadelphia type
– 75 grams of sugar
– 3 gelatin sheets
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 300 grams strawberries


Preparing the Cheesecake Base:

First, put the cookies along with the pistachios in the bowl of your food processor and blend for a few seconds.
Then put them in a salad bowl, pour melted butter on top and mix with a spatula.
Divide your mixture into cheesecake molds or stainless steel discs and then tamp down with the back of a glass or spoon.
Then keep them in the fridge.

Preparation of Cheesecake Filling:

First, put the gelatin sheets in a bowl filled with cold water and let stand for at least 15 minutes.
Remove the gelatin sheets in a bowl and put them in the microwave to melt.
Put the two cheeses in a salad bowl, then whip them with your mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add the sugar and lemon juice then continue whisking after adding the melted gelatin and whisking on medium speed for a few seconds.
Take your mussels out of the fridge and then spread the cream on top.
Wash and peel the strawberries, cut them into slices, and then put your molds on top of them after placing them in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Finally your no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake, unmold, garnish with mint leaves, serve and enjoy your meal.
