Peach Sorbet, a delicious ice cream with fruits of the season for your dessert, here I offer you the recipe to make it at home.


– 750 grams of peaches.
– 100 grams of sugar
– 36 cl water
– juice of 1 lemon


Method of making syrup:

First pour water in a vessel and then pour water from above.
Bring to a boil and leave the saucepan over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Wash, stone and cut the peaches into quarters, then put them in the pan along with lemon juice and cook on medium-low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
Pass the contents of the saucepan into the bowl of your blender, mix everything and then pass your mixture through a sugar whisk.
Put your mixture in the freezer for 60 to 90 minutes, then pour it into the bowl of your ice cream maker and program for 1 hour.
Then put your sorbet in a freezer compartment and put it back in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
Finally you have your peach sorbet, serve and enjoy your meal.
