Pancakes with smoked salmon and cheese, a real delight for your quick and tasty dinner, here you will find the easiest recipes for making it at home.

Component:

For Pancakes:

– 250 grams flour
– 50 cl milk
– 60 grams melted butter
– 2 eggs
– Salt
– Oil

For Garnish:

– 200 g cream cheese
– 10 slices of smoked salmon
– some lettuce leaves
– a few sprigs of fresh dill

For Sauce:

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons liquid honey
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
Chilly

Preparation:

First, in a large bowl, using your whisk, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Then add the flour in batches while whisking and after adding the melted butter to the milk also add in batches and continue to beat with a whisk.
Fill your salad bowl and let stand for at least 60 minutes.

Heat a few drops of oil in a wok on medium heat and add a ladle of your solution and spread it over the entire surface of the pan.
Cook for 1 minute then turn it over and cook for another 20 seconds.

At the end of cooking, spread a layer of cheese on each pancake, sprinkle it with dill and put a piece of salmon and lettuce on top.
Roll up your pancakes and cut them into slices before serving.

In a bowl, mix mustard, honey, lemon juice with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Finally, you have your pancakes with smoked salmon and cheese, coat them with your mustard sauce, serve and everyone has a good appetite.
