– 150 grams of flour
– 48 cl milk
– 2 eggs

– 24 cl water

Preparation of Pancakes:

First, add the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, salt and butter to the bowl of your blender and blend for 30 seconds on medium speed.
Then gradually adding the flour, mix to make a liquid dough.
Heat a pan over medium heat, then add 2 Tbsp flour, tilt the pan and cook for 30 seconds, then turn and cook for another 20 seconds.
Place a piece of ham on each pancake and then roll it up.

Firstly peel the mango and cut it into small cubes.
Pour water into a saucepan, top with sugar, salt, and cornstarch, stir and bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the butter, lemon juice and mango pieces and let stand for 10 minutes.
