Chicken and Vegetable Noodle Gratin, a delicious dish for tonight’s dinner, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.

Component :

  • 250g minced cooked chicken – use leftover roast chicken
  • 180 grams raw egg noodles
  • 1 bag of frozen peas and carrots
  • 250 grams corn
  • 12 cl milk
  • 300 grams of Whole Cooking Cream
  • 1/2 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and put butter on a gratin dish.
Then cook the egg noodles according to the directions on the package.
Combine milk, cream, peas and carrots, corn, chicken, onion, butter, garlic, salt and pepper in a large saucepan while cooking time.
At the end of cooking the egg noodles, drain them, then pour them into the pan, stirring gently with a spatula.
Then put everything in a gratin dish, cover it with aluminum foil and put in the oven for 35 minutes.
Finally you have your chicken and vegetable noodle gratin, let cool for 5 minutes before serving and everyone has a good appetite.
