– 500 grams of mushrooms
– 400 grams rice
– 40 cl dry white wine
– 2 onions
– 1 tsp olive oil
– 1 cube of vegetable broth
– 60 cl water
– 2 cloves garlic
– 2 tbsp butter

First cut your mushrooms in half, cut in half and save the other half for later – we’ll be pan-frying them.
