Mascarpone and Jam Roll Cake for your breakfast during these festive days, here is an easy recipe at home.

Component:

150 grams flour
4 eggs
130 g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 sachet baking powder
Salt
mascarpone
Jam

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180° and line a plate with baking paper.
Then in a salad bowl using your mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.
Once your mixture turns white, add the flour and yeast on top, then stir everything in with a spoon.
Spread your dough on a baking sheet with a spatula and then put it in the oven to cook for 15 minutes.
At the end of cooking, remove the baking paper from the dough and place it on a clean tea towel.
Spread a layer of mascarpone on top, then a layer of jam of your choice, roll up a sponge cake and cut off the ends with a knife.
Finally your cake is rolled with mascarpone and jam, cut and serve to your cup of coffee and everyone with a good appetite.
