Leek and Bacon Pizza, a very original delight for your light dish, here is an easy recipe at home.


For the Pizza Dough:

– 400 grams flour
– 1 sachet of baker’s yeast
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 24 cl lukewarm water
– 2 tsp salt

For leaks:

– 2 leeks white
– 25 grams butter

For Bacon:

– 150 grams bacon


How to make Pizza Dough?

Firstly, in a large bowl, put only 300 grams of all purpose flour, add salt, oil and baker yeast on top.
Then add water – in three additions of 8 cl – mixing everything by hand or with a spatula.
Once your dough is formed, cover the bowl with a clean tea towel and let stand for at least 60 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 200°, line a baking sheet with baking paper, then spread the remaining 100 grams of dough onto a clean work surface.
Knead your dough on this bottom and then cut it into pieces and roll it by hand to shape your thin pizza.
Place your pizza on a baking sheet and place in the oven to bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

How to cook gourd in a pan?

First wash your leek whites, cut them into slices.
Then melt butter in a large pan and brown your cheeks while stirring with a spatula for 12 to 15 minutes on medium heat.

How to cook bacon in a pan?

For a good cook, especially cut the bacon into smaller pieces, the smaller the pieces, the shorter the cooking time.
Then heat a pan – with no fat – then place your little pieces of bacon and turn them over with a spatula.
Once they are coloured, remove them from the pan and place them on absorbent paper.

Pizza Assembly:

Spread your cheeks on the cooked dough and then sprinkle your bacon on top.
Then put your pizza in the oven for 4 to 6 minutes to toast it a bit.

Finally you have your Leek and Bacon Pizza, all you have to do is cut them up and serve and enjoy your meal.
