Kale smoothie, green detox juice rich in vitamin C and calcium, here is an easy recipe at home.

Component:

– 3 black or black leaves
– 24 cl milk
– 1 banana
– 1 tbsp honey

Preparation:

First start by separating the banana from the stalk, peel and cut the banana into slices.
Add the banana slices and leaves along with 6 cl of milk to the bowl of your blender and blend for a few seconds.
Then add honey to the rest of the milk and mix again.
