to base:

– 32 Oreo Cookies
– 80 grams of butter

For the chocolate ganache:

– 350 grams dark chocolate
– 32 cl of heavy cream
– 160 grams salted roasted pecans

For Garnish:

Base preparation:

Place the cookies in a food bag and crush them with a rolling pin or in the bowl of your food processor.
Melt the butter and then mix it with the crumbled cookies.
Place your mixture into a round pie mold and then press down with a glass and into the sides of the mold.
Then put your mold in the freezer.

Filling Preparation:

Heat your cream in a saucepan, then pour it into a salad bowl and top with chopped chocolate and mix with a spatula.
After the chocolate is melted, pour the pecans over and mix again with the spatula.
Take your mold out of the freezer and pour your chocolate mixture over the top and put it back in the freezer for 4 hours.
