Ingredients for 7 people – per serving 2 sp.

  • 80 grams flour
  • 12 cl of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp bakers yeast
  • 2 fine slices of smoked salmon
  • 40 grams goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

First of all, mix all purpose flour with milk in a vessel.
Then mix all purpose flour and salt in a bowl, add egg yolk and milk to the bowl, mix everything by hand and let it stand for 60 minutes.
Then beat the egg whites till hard and mix with the flour then heat a pan on medium heat.
Bake your blini for 4 minutes – 2 minutes on each side.
