Component:

– 125 grams flour
– 30 cl milk
– 3 eggs
– 2 tbsp oil or melted butter

Preparation:

Preheat a non-stick pan on medium heat and then brush it with butter using a silicone brush.
Knead the dough, then add about 1 ladle to the pan, tilting the pan to cover it.
Cook for about 30 seconds then turn it over with the spatula and cook for 10 to 15 seconds, repeat with the rest of the dough.
Sprinkle each pancake with 1 teaspoon sugar, fold it in half and then in quarters, and repeat with all of the pancakes.
