Soft plum cake, a delicious soft seasonal cake for your dessert, here is the easy recipe at home.

Component:

– 250 grams flour
– 1 kg plum
– 100 grams butter
– 90 grams of sugar
– 3 eggs
– 6 cl milk
– 1 sachet of baking powder
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 50 grams icing sugar

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180° and butter a cake mold.
Wash and pit the plums and then cut them into four parts. Keep aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan then pour sugar over the top and beat with a whisk to combine everything.
Pour your mixture into a bowl, top with eggs, and whisk again.
Add the flour in batches while whisking then add the baking powder, vanilla sugar and milk – do not stop kneading until the dough is combined.
Pour your dough into the mold, roll it out, then place the reserved plums on top of it, then put it in the oven to bake for 50 minutes.
At the end of cooking, let cool, unmold and then sprinkle with icing sugar.
