– 125 g butter
– 1 young egg

– 100 grams capers
– 16 cl milk

Preparation of Shortcrust Pastry:

First of all, take out the flour in a vessel, put the butter in pieces and mix it with your hands.
Then add egg yolk with a pinch of salt and keep mixing, you can add little water if needed to make a soft dough.
Make a ball out of your dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180° and butter a pie pan, flour a work surface, and then roll out your dough with a rolling pin.
Then spread your dough into the mold, bottom and sides, prick the bottom with a fork and put in the oven to cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
Allow your dough to cool slightly at the end of cooking.

Filling Preparation:

First, filter the tuna and crumble it by hand.
Then beat the egg with milk in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and pepper using a whisk.
Spread 100 grams of cheese on the dough and place the crumbled tuna and capers on top.
