– 50 cl of whole milk
– 1 vanilla pod
– 75 grams of sugar
– 3 eggs
– 60 grams cornstarch


First, cut the vanilla pod in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Then put milk in a saucepan, add the vanilla pod and seeds and heat the milk, don’t let it boil, just heat it.
In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar at the same time with mixer on medium speed until mixture becomes frothy, then add cornstarch.
Continue whisking on medium speed, removing the vanilla pod from the pan and pouring the milk into the bowl.
