Delicious apple and raisin strudel, a cake served with your cup of coffee, is an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 1 puff pastry
– 3 apples
– 35 grams butter
– 90 grams raisins
– 90 grams ground almonds
– 60 grams sugar
– juice of 1 orange
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 2 tbsp liquid honey
– 1 egg


Firstly peel 3 apples and cut them into small cubes, melt butter in a saucepan and brown them for 3 minutes.
Then add raisins, sugar, honey and orange juice on top, stir with a spoon and cook on medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
Drain the apples and raisins, then place them in a salad bowl, preheat the oven to 200°.
On a work surface, roll out the dough, roll out your dough and sprinkle halved almonds in the center.
Add apples and raisins on top and sprinkle with the remaining almonds after kneading the dough.
Beat eggs, brush with flour, mix cinnamon with 1 tbsp of sugar and sprinkle with flour.
Place your dough on a plate covered with parchment paper and put in the oven to cook for 25 minutes.
