Instant easy chocolate muffins, a deliciously soft and melting cake for your breakfast, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


– 125 grams flour
– 200 g dark chocolate
– 100 grams butter
– 100 grams castor sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1/2 tsp baking powder


First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and place a paper case in your muffin tin.
Then melt the chocolate and butter in pieces either in a bain-marie and stirring with a spatula or in the microwave.
In another bowl, using your mixer on medium speed, beat the sugar with the eggs then pour the flour over the top and stir with the spatula.
Then pour the melted chocolate on top and stir with a spatula to obtain a homogeneous paste.
At this stage you have the option of either dividing the dough into boxes or filling them halfway, then placing a square of chocolate in each box.
Then get chocolate muffins with melting hearts covered with the rest of the dough.
Then put your mold in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.
