Dark Chocolate Soufflé is a real treat for your dessert, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.

Component:

– 240 grams dark chocolate
– 6 cl of heavy cream
– 24 cl milk
– 2 tbsp butter
– 3 tbsp flour
– 3 tbsp sugar
– 4 egg yolks + 5 egg whites
– Juice and juice of 1 orange
– 2 tsp chili powder
– for sprinkling cocoa powder and sugar

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 200°, butter 4 ramekins on the sides and bottom, sprinkle cocoa powder over them.
Then break the chocolate into pieces and put in a salad bowl, add orange juice with chili powder.
Put the cream in a saucepan, put on medium heat and bring to a boil and pour it over the chocolate, let stand for 3 minutes and stir with a spatula.
Put butter in a skillet, melt over medium heat, add flour and stir until mixture thickens.
Then add milk while stirring slowly until the mixture becomes thick.

In a salad bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar, using your electric mixer to achieve a foam.
Pour your egg cream into the saucepan of milk, whisk and then pour everything into the chocolate bowl and stir with a spatula.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with your mixer, then slowly pour them into the bowl, stirring with a spatula.
Distribute your mixture among the ramekins and then put in the oven to cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Finally you have your dark chocolate soufflé, sprinkle with cocoa and sugar, serve with orange peel and everyone has a good appetite.
