Creamy Chicken with Potatoes and Bacon

A delicious chicken dish for your dinner dish.

250 g grated cooked chicken
6 slices of bacon
1 onion
2 potatoes
2 small onions
4 carrots
2 ribs of celery
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
5 tbsp flour
1 liter chicken broth


First cut the bacon into slices, peel and chop the onion and onion, peel the carrot and cut it into thin slices, cut the celery into slices and the potato into small cubes.
Then in a saucepan over medium heat cook the bacon pieces so that they become crunchy.
Then filter them and keep them aside, leave the juice in the pan.
Add the onion, carrot, celery, salt and oregano to the pan, then cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spatula.
Then add all purpose flour and stir on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add potatoes and broth and cook for 12 minutes – potatoes should be cooked through.
Then add the grated cooked chicken and cook for 5 minutes… Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper while cooking.
