  • 2 eggplants
  • 1 onion
  • 200 grams minced meat
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp corn
  • 25 cl of milk
  • 1/2 stock cube


First wash the brinjal thoroughly, cut into pieces, dip in a saucepan filled with boiling water and cook for 20 minutes…
Preheat your oven to 200°, then prepare the Bolognese, brown the sliced ​​onion in a pan, add the minced meat, and stir over medium heat.
Then add tomatoes, mix and cook for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the béchamel sauce, pour the milk into a saucepan, add the cornstarch and broth, then place over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
In a gratin dish, place half the eggplant, top your Bolognese, then the rest of the eggplant followed by the béchamel sauce.
