Soft and delicious simple cupcakes, a cream cake for your dessert, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.


For Cupcakes:

– 300 grams flour
– 100 grams of sugar
– 16 cl milk
– 90 grams butter
– 2 eggs
– 1 packet of baking powder
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– vanilla extract
– Salt

For Whipped Cream:

– 60 cl of full liquid cream
– 70 grams of sugar
– Few drops of red food coloring


Preparing Cupcakes:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, place the paper case in a muffin tin, melt the butter.
Then in a large bowl combine the flour, sugar and vanilla sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Then in another bowl whisk the milk, eggs and melted butter.
Pour the flour mixture over the top, whisk to get a paste, then divide it into boxes.
Then put the mold in the oven to cook for 15 minutes.

Preparation of Whipped Cream:

In a large bowl, using your electric mixer, beat the cream until the amount of cream has doubled.
Then add sugar in a stream along with food coloring, beating on medium speed.
Then fill a piping bag with your cream and put it in the freezer while the cupcakes are baking.
At the end of cooking, let them cool for a moment, then garnish with hazelnuts using a piping bag and sprinkle sweet nuggets over them.
