Chicken Waterzoo at Cucco, a delicious addition to your main meal, here you will find the ingredients to easily make this dish at home and with your cooks.


– 750 grams chicken breast
– 6 potatoes
– 3 stalks of celery
– 1 leek
– 3 carrots
– 1 bouquet garnish
– 1 onion
– 3 sprigs of thyme, leaves only
– 2 egg yolks
– 12 cl of heavy whipping cream
– 1.5 liters chicken broth
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Salt
– Chilly


First cut the chicken into large cubes, peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters, cut the celery, leeks and carrots into juliennes, chop the onions.
