Classic Italian Tiramisu, a delight for the most requested dessert, here you will find the easiest recipe to make it at home.


– 20 cl of espresso
– 20 cat tongue cookies
– 4 egg yolks + 2 egg whites
– 100 grams castor sugar
– 250 grams mascarpone
– 12 cl of heavy cream
– 1 tbsp cocoa powder


First, take out the hot espresso in a bowl and keep it aside.
Then in a bowl beat the egg yolks with 60 grams of sugar with a mixer on medium speed for 5 minutes.
Once your mixture is foamy, pour the mascarpone over the top and whisk on medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour cream into another bowl, then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Beat the egg whites with the 40 grams of sugar in another bowl on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Put the whipped cream in the mascarpone bowl, mix with the spatula then add the egg whites and mix everything with the spatula.
Dip 10 cookies in coffee then place them in the bottom of a dish and spread half of your mascarpone mixture on top.
Then soak the rest of the cookies and spread the rest of the mascarpone on top and put in the fridge for 3 hours.
Take out your dish and sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
