Chocolate fondant for your Easter dessert, a real irresistible delight to prepare at home during a party.


300 grams chocolate
60 grams flour
3 eggs
150 g butter
160 g sugar
3 tablespoons water
fine sugar


First, melt the chocolate crumbs over the bain-marie in a bowl with water and butter the ramekins.
Then using your mixer, beat the butter with the sugar in a bowl.
Then add 1 egg followed by 20 grams of sugar while beating and continue alternating.
Pour 2/3 of the melted chocolate over the top, mix with a spatula, and then distribute your preparation among the ramekins.
Put the ramekins in the freezer for 60 to 90 minutes and then preheat your oven to 160°.
Then put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
Finally you have your chocolate fondant for your Easter dessert, sprinkle with icing sugar, sprinkle with the rest of the melted chocolate and serve with strawberry slices and all with a good appetite.
