Lemon and Condensed Milk Tart, a real easy to prepare recipe for your dessert at home.


240 grams satta
Juice and juice of 3 limes
40 cl sweetened condensed milk
120 grams butter
2 eggs


First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and put butter in a tart pan, melt butter in a saucepan and leave to cool.
Then crush your cookies either in the bowl of your food processor or with the classic method using a food bag and rolling pin.
Take out the biscuits in a bowl, add melted butter and mix well.
Pour your mixture into the mold and then press down and sideways by hand or from the bottom of the glass.
In a bowl with your mixer on medium speed beat the eggs with the condensed milk.
Then add lemon juice while whisking and add jost while whisking.
Pour your preparation onto the dough, spread with a spatula, then place in the oven to cook for 20 minutes.
At the end of cooking, leave to cool for a moment and then put in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
