Preparation of ice cream: the day before recipe:

First, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Then in bowl 1, using your mixer on medium speed, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla extract.
Then add crme frache with 2 ice cubes to cup 2 and beat with your mixer on medium speed for 4 minutes.
Then mount the egg whites in Bowl 3 with your food processor.
Add the whipped cream to the bowl of the egg yolks, mix with the spatula and then top with the egg whites and mix gently.
Pour your preparation into a freezer tray and then put it in the freezer overnight.

Kneading Preparation: Next Day

First of all preheat your oven to 180° and put butter on a muffin tin.
Then, in a bowl, beat the butter, sugar and brown sugar with a mixer on medium speed to form a froth.
Add eggs and egg yolks and keep mixing.
Sieve the flour from above, add a pinch of salt and mix it, make a paste, add chopped chocolate and mix it by hand.
Place a piece of dough in each muffin pan, pressing down on the bottom and sides, and bake for 15 minutes.

Preparation of Chocolate Sauce:

Cut the chocolate into pieces and then melt them in a double boiler or in the microwave.
