Chocolate chip cookie, a delicious super soft cupcake for your afternoon snack, here is an easy recipe at home.


– 220 grams flour
– 150 grams brown sugar
– 100 grams granulated sugar
– 140 g butter
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
– 2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp instant espresso coffee
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 240 g chocolate chips


First, melt the butter either in a bowl in the microwave or in a saucepan over medium heat, let it cool.
Then in a bowl combine the flour with the baking powder and salt, preheat your oven to 160° and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Then in another bowl using your mixer beat the sugar, brown sugar with the whole egg and egg yolk, melted butter and vanilla extract.
Add the coffee and then continue whisking for 20 to 30 seconds.
Then pour your flour mixture over the top — in 3 additions — while stirring with the spatula.
Then add the chocolate chips and keep stirring to mix them well.
Make balls out of your dough, put them on a baking sheet, flatten them by hand keeping a space between them.
Place your baking sheet in the oven for 16 minutes to let cool at the end of cooking.
