Chicken with curry and crme frache, a delicious dish for your family dinner.
This is how you can easily make chicken with curry and crme frache at home.
Component :
- 500 grams chicken breast
- 24 cl of fresh cream
- 3 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 yellow onion
- chopped parsley
- Salt
- Chilly
Preparation:
First cut the chicken breast into cubes and chop the onion.
Then put oil in a pan and fry the onions on medium heat while stirring with a spatula.
Then put the chicken cubes on top and brown it for 25 minutes on low flame.
Then add curry, mix and cook for 10 minutes, still on low heat.
Pour the crme frache on top, mix and cook for a while without boiling the cream.
Finally sprinkle your dish with parsley, serve for your dinner and bon appetit.
