Tuna Tomato Salad ww. A delicious starter for your meal, a weight-tracking recipe, easy and perfect for the whole family, try it.

Ingredients for 4 people – 1 sp per serving.

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 soft boiled egg – so that the white is solid and the yolk is liquid.
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tsp pickle
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • fresh salad
  • tomatoes to garnish


First, filter the tuna, chop the onion and cut the pickle into small pieces.
Then put the drained tuna in a salad bowl, add the egg, onion, yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, pepper and salt.
Mix everything with a fork to combine and then put the bowl in the fridge.
Wash lettuce leaves, wash tomatoes and cut them into slices.
Then arrange a lettuce leaf, center 3 to 4 tablespoons of your tuna mixture, and garnish with tomato slices.
