Pancakes with chicken and mushrooms, a real treat for a weekend dish, here you will find the easiest recipes to make it at home.


For Pancakes:

– 150 grams of flour
– 50 cl milk
– 2 eggs
– 20 grams butter

To fill:

– 180 grams grilled chicken
– 200 grams button mushroom
– 2 green onions
– 1 tbsp oil
– 18 cl sour cream
– 2 tbsp ajwain
– 100 grams grated cheese


Preparation of Pancakes:

First of all, sieve the flour in a vessel and make a well in the middle of it.
Then in another bowl beat both milk and eggs.
Pour your milk mixture over the dough, mix with a spatula to get a paste, and let stand for 30 minutes.
Put some butter in a pan and heat over high heat, then put your 6 cl flour on top and tilt the pan to cover.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, then turn and cook for 20 to 30 seconds… Do the same with the rest of the dough and set the pancakes aside.

Filling Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180° and line a plate with baking paper.
Heat oil in a pan and brown the mushrooms for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then add chopped onion on top and keep stirring for 1 minute.
Put everything in a salad bowl, top with shredded grilled chicken, mix, then add the cream, chopped parsley, salt and pepper, and mix.


Place the filling on the pancakes, roll them up and place them on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle cheese over them and then place in the oven to bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Finally you have your pancakes with chicken and mushrooms, serve with salad and enjoy your meal.
