Cherry tomato tart tatins are the perfect treat to accompany your dinner soup, here’s an easy recipe at home.


– 1 shortcrust pastry or puff pastry
– 600 grams cherry tomatoes
– 60 grams Parmesan
– 30 grams semi-salted butter
– 4 tsp balsamic vinegar
– 4 tsp brown sugar
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 2 sprigs of thyme
– Salt
– Chilly


First of all, preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
Then put butter in a pan, melt over medium heat.
Then pour the vinegar and brown sugar over the top and stir until you get a syrupy liquid.
After adding the cherry tomatoes, stir and cook on medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes and remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for a while.
Roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin, then roll it in a mold and prepare it and place tomatoes on the dough.
Then sprinkle them with the Parmesan, garlic powder, thyme, a pinch of salt and pepper, and place in the oven to bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
