Component:
For Cookies:
– 300 grams flour
– 130 g sugar or brown sugar
– 100 grams butter
– 60 grams ground almonds
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1.5 c. A mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
– 1 egg
For Icing:
– 100 grams icing sugar
– 1 egg white
– Few drops of food coloring of your choice

First preheat your oven to 180° and line a plate with baking paper.
Then add the flour, sugar — or brown sugar — to ground almonds and baking powder.
Add the butter in pieces along with the eggs on top, then add the spice mixture and mix everything by hand to make a paste.
Form a ball with your dough on a clean work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin.
Shape your cookies according to the cookie cutter you use and place them on a baking sheet, rest the dough, form a ball, roll it out and repeat the same operation.
Place your baking sheet in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Preparation of Icing:
Put icing sugar in a bowl, add egg white and beat well, the more you beat, the better.
Then add the color you like and mix again – you can split your frosting between 2 bowls for two colors.
Fill one or two piping bags with your icing and decorate your cookies and then place them on a wire rack so the icing hardens.
If you choose a heart-shaped shortbread, spread a layer of strawberry jam on one side, top the other, and then sprinkle with icing sugar.
