Zucchini stuffed with tuna and tomatoes ww. A light and comforting dish for your lunch.

Ingredients for 4 people – 0 sp per portion.

  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 25 cl of tomato coulis
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First, filter the tuna and chop the onion.
Then fry the chopped onions in oil in a pan on medium heat.
Then put the tuna and tomato coulis on top, add salt and pepper, mix and cook for 10 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180°, cover a baking sheet with baking paper, then cut off the zucchini caps and cut out the flesh.
Once your preparation is ready, fill the zucchini, put them on a baking sheet and put in the oven to cook for 45 minutes.
finally, serve tuna loaded zucchini with salad and enjoy your meal.
