WW Tomato Spaghetti Recipe. A delicious pasta dish for your dinner.

Ingredients for 4 people – per serving 9 sp.

  • 240 grams spaghetti pasta
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sugar, optional
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 g fresh grated Parmesan
  • 25 grams fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First wash the tomatoes thoroughly, cut them in half, grate them with a rectangular grater to make small cubes in a large bowl and remove the skin.
Then add oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper, minced garlic, mix and let marinate.
Put water in a saucepan, add a little salt and bring to a boil, then cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Drain the spaghetti and add 5 tbsp of water, return the spaghetti to the pot, then pour the tomato pieces from the bowl with the reserved water on top.
Keep the pan on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
