Material for 12 steps – 9 sp per unit.

  • 150 grams flour
  • 175 g butter
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 80 grams black raisins
  • 80 grams white raisins
  • The juice and zest of 1 lemon.

Preparation:

First preheat your oven to 180° and butter a cake mold.
Then beat the butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl using an electric mixer to get a cream.
Beat eggs one by one in another bowl, then add all purpose flour, baking powder and mix everything.
Combine the contents of two bowls of salad then the raisins — white and black — with the lemon juice and zest, mixing to form a paste.
Pour your dough into the mold and put in the oven to bake for 60 minutes.
