Ingredients for 5 people – per serving 6 sp.

  • 240 grams penne
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • 75 g cherry tomatoes
  • Water
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp Italian Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
  • 75 g grated mozzarella cheese
  • Salt
  • Chilly

Preparation:

First, put the penne in a saucepan, pour water over it and cook them according to the directions on the package.
Dice the zucchini and onion, slice the tomato, then fry the onion and zucchini with salt and pepper in an oiled pan over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Then add garlic and tomato and continue to fry for 1 more minute.
Add the drained vinaigrette, parmesan and penne on top and mix everything together then cover everything with the mozzarella and cook for 3 minutes.
